I have lodged so many complaints with bsnl that our broadband is not working fine.I lodged complaint using their online portal and even i personally visited bsnl office many times.But not even single time anyone visited my home or tried to resolve the issue.Their online system automatically change complaint status to resolved.

I want to lodge complaint in consumer court, so that they take these kind of matter seriously and can save other peoples time. i want that department should take action against those culprit department persons, those not performing their job and creating public harassment.
