i have recently(jan 2014) changed my broadband connection to plan 600 which allows me to browse during the night 2-8am every day. but now i received a bill stating that the plan rate has changed to 630 per month.i am ready to make payment for that amount. but for the past few years the bsnl kerala have reduced the benefits of the people by increasing the call rates, reducing the free sms, no range even in city areas and by other means. i do not wish to contact the bsnl authorities anymore.
we are the people of india. we are the people by which the company or organization runs. the rates shouldn’t be increased every now and then. the students of kerala were able to send sms very easily even when other service providers charged for sms. but bsnl is doing the same now. i want the bsnl to cut the rates to normal.
