BSNL – Internet use is showing up but not used

I have been charged exorbitantly for no usage of mine on Broadband. Although the Bill Details show usage, i definitely have not used Internet so much I have alternate source for internet access, also generally my office hours do not login at all. I certainly feel there is some discrepancy here Need IP address of the user id used here Also post this bill, i have been monitoring the unfilled usage, definitely i have not logged in during these hours Also already 2 gb internet use is showing up. Rectify this issue urgently, i will certainly not pay-up this time if the issue is not rectified. You may cancel the services if you cannot address the problem Affected No: 8023645xxx

Need the issue to be immediately address, reversal of charges
