BSNL LandLine Dead for 10 Days Now – No Response

Our BSNL land line phone (0490-2389048) is dead from 14th Feb onwards. I have lodged a complaint(Id-18063516952). But yet the problem has not been solved. We are a genuine customer since last ten years,and paying bills in advance, but many times we experienced with very bad response from bsnl.

If you are not able to provide continuous service even after paying advance bill, why should we pay? we are not able to utilise our free calls. It is not the first experience. So if it is possible, please try to evaluatet all the problems that we have been going on.
