Respected Sir/ Madam,

We are user of BSNL service (landline). We took this connection 4-5 yrs ago (Phone number- 02717-230639). Recently due to address change (From Bopal, Ahmedabad to ISCON circle, Ahmedabad) we applied for transfer of our phone line to the new residence near ISCON circle. The service providers gave a new number, and the connection (wiring) has been done. Only the phone line has to be started from their end which has not been done yet.

In-spite of repeated reminders the person in charge has not started the line. We have been requesting them since the day we shifted and now it is more than one and a half month that our connection is pending.
Moreover, we will be required to pay for the connection even though we are not able to use it.
Kindly help us regarding this matter, as it is an harassment -being assured of false assurances from BSNL office staff that they will start the connection today itself and not finding any output at the end.
