Calcutta Telephone: Broad band connection out of order since 16/10/13 Telephone No.033-24390567, not rectified, it became a regular practice, but bill is being received timely. Authority is not at all bother to attend it. Complaint lodged docket no.12220468992

Un-necessary payment is being made by us timely, we are facing much inconvenient for want of networking facilities at my residence. Day to day work is being hampered badly.

Any breakdown may be attended and restore immediately on received of complaint to avoid inconvenience of users.
