n dated 29/07/2013 08.14 A.M. I made BSNL ONLINE RECHARGE in the “http://portal.bsnl.in/rc” to my prepaid mobile No. 9437219347 for Rs.1000/-. I made the payment from my onlinesbi.com Internet Bank Account No.00000010856827679. The amount was debited from my bank account but not credited to my mobile i.e. recharged failed / transiction status failed but money was not credited back to my bank account. The transiction ID is TXE2907201344566 as shown on http://portal.bsnl.in/rc/aspxfiles/RCCPaymentTransactions.aspx
AS I failed to recharge STV/MAGIC vouture for BSNL to BSNL unlimited call I was compelled to go for BSNL agent to do easy recharge MAGIC_375 which was successful. By this problem due to the bsnl portal failure I have to suffer a lot physical and mental agony and had to lost Rs.2000/-.
want to credit back the recharge failure amount plus my lost amount Rs. 2000/- (All total Rs.3000)to my SBI A/C no. No.00000010856827679 by earliest possible time.
