Sir, To-day(11/12/2013) I did recharge/TopUp to my BSNL prepaid mobile No.8903609686 for Rs. 110.00 through ICICI Bank net-banking by login in portal.bsnli. in/re/. But I didn’t receive the recharge amount into my mobile No. 8903609686. My Bank was debited Rs. 110.00 from my SB account. Kindly credit back the Rs. 110.00 into my ICICI Bank SB Account immediately.

Sir, On 26 july 2013 I recharged with 121 for free night calling but i didn’t get any benefit of that as well as i didn’t get any amount. Again, on 28 july 2013 i recharged with 121 and again it didn’t get recharged. I did both recharges online. Sir Please do some favor so that i continue with BSNL services. Hope i will get reply soon
