On 7.11.2013 I have recharged (PV/STV plan) an amount of Rs.300 by 8988138996 and the ref.no. is 1766602056 to my mobile No.9490484541. But balance is not provided to my mobile and no calls are going to other mobiles and giving message that no balance. Please look the matter at an early date as we are proposing to proceed to outstation trips shortly.

Kindly look into the issue as soon as possible and give me the Balance on my account failing which this time I will take BSNL to the Consumer Court for cheating customers and too being a Government agency.
