on 13th of Jan,2014 i have tried to recharge my bsnl mobile with 98 rupee 3g recharge but due to server is busy the recharge was not completed .But the money is deducted from my bank account. I was using portal.bsnl.in site for recharge. I have also called bsnl customer care three times for it, but still the money is not refunded.The mobile number :8277276xxx

I want a 1 year 3 g recharge from BSNL as I have faced this problem while doing the recharge of my 3 balance.
