sir i have been used bsnl mobile no.9445674068. my daughter erroneously activated vas [value added service] service on cricket on 17.07.2013 and immediately rs.30/- deducted in my balance. then my self compliant to the costumer service center, after 2 hours same service deactivated by the telecoms dept. but amount did not refund me. again 17.08.2013 for rs.30/- deducted in my account for same vas [cricket] service. in this connection i talk with bsnl customer care representative over telephone then he replied that the service not activated since last month and further advised me earlier deducted amount refund by bsnl only. but as on today i have not been received rs.30+rs.30=rs.60/- as on today. in this regard i have put number of complaints to bsnl custer care but amount not refunded.

DEDUCTED AMOUNT RS.60/- REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY AND SUCH TYPE OF SERVICE SHOULD BE DEACTIVATED FOR EVER.
