I am using BSNL Broadband connection from past four years and at the time of applying for connection I had already deposite Rs.500 in form of security which is refundable. Now I had apply for change my plan from Rs.800 monthly rental to Rs.650 monthly rental,In my new changed plan bill they were again asking for security of Rs.650 even my previous security is already with them.

I want that my new security should not be charged because i already paid security than why should new charges in form of security shall impose
