BSNL – Security Deposit Refund not recieved

I have cancelled my BSNL connection, paid all the bills. While canceling, lady officer who cancelled it said, I’ll get the refund in 2 months in the form of cheque sent back to my address. Its been more than 6 months and I have not received my refund cheque.
