ON 30th april 2014, a service was activated on my phone 8765240xxx without my knowledge, called literary service . I had been charged Rs 10.
despite the dectivation of the service from customer support on 11th may 2014 , the service renewed and again my balance deducted by Rs 10 on 16th may 2014. doquet no. given by customer support to me, is E11UE 300006 ON 11th may 2014.

I want my full refund as the service was activated by bsnl ,and didn’t stopped by customer support , giving me a fake n false assurance.
