I am a resident of M-37,Shivalik Nagar,BHEL-Haridwar. I do not know whether my complaint fits in your domain or not. This is regarding unregulated digging and damaging the roads and causing inconvenience to the residents.Some contractor of BSNL(apparently a BJP leader) has dug up open trenches for laying OFC cables inspite of our advising him to lay it through drilling process.He did not budge.We have brought this in the knowledge of BSNL higher ups including GMTD Haridwar but in vain. This has resulted a damage to roads and lot of inconvenience to us. Our entrance to houses have damaged. I am attaching some of the photographs. Now the contractor has vanished leaving the damaged roads in as it is condition. We request you to take up BSNL appropriately so that they are careful in future and our damages are repaired.

Our roads and ramps be repaired immediately. And BSNL to monitor the same in future contracts so that no damage to public property at other places.
