BSNL – Wrong Billing Charges no response

Before writing the complaint here, I want to mention that I had already sent this to bsnl a lot of times but as obvious there is no response from them. Subject:BSNL Broadband is Taking Extra Charges due to its own mistake Complaint: After so many emails and written requests I got a call on 6-March-2014 that my Broadband is installed. Now on 7th of March 2014 I got a bill which shows that my broadband charges applied from 28-Feb-2014. This is totally extra billing charges taken from the customers. If BSNL says that my broadband is activated on 28th then why I was not informed on the same day. Also on 6th March there is no person came to my office to tell me that my connection is activated and we are going to help you. We just got a call from lineman who told us that your connection is activated and you can just check it. I think his responsibility is to came to us and install properly which he couldn’t. I already filed a online billing complaint but still didn’t any response. BSNL is charging extra amount with almost each broadband user in my city. —– Ashish Singla +919828546xxx

I want to relief in my Broadband Bill and also expect to improve their services and support.
