In February 2014 the builder handed over me the flat which is in complete deviation from the approved plan. Also the flat is having poor quality of construction In May 2014 the plaster of the ceiling fell due to lack of supervision in construction stage

The FLAT is devoid of Balcony and Utility due to deviation in approved building plan. Due to falling of the ceiling’s plaster concrete material damage caused to my furniture, Home theater speakers, mobile phone, sunglasses.
