complaint Ticket ID :142616 ticket REF:-UNI828035 My ticket is been booked from Bangalore to pondicherry on 31st of Oct 2013. When i reached to the boarding point , there was no bus and the operator does not have even shop where they have mentioned boarding point .All the phone no given at your website are false, please recheck.with the help of other shop , i had got the phone no .of the operator temporary shop near by silkboard ( near st joseph ground) When i called them they told that the bus left from the boarding piint and waiting at silkboard.when we took the auto and reached the next point bus didnot come only . All the passengers were waiting since evening . till 12.30pm shop owner is giving false promises about the buses and finally did not turn up till 12.30pm so we came back to home without journey . Kindly help us get the refund money
