I have order a product from Buybuk.com on 01-Jan-2015 for rupees INR 13080, and the payment has been cleared through EBSCHARGE.COM. After waiting for 7 days i.e. on 08-Jan-2015, I started to follow-up and after many follow-up, I have not received any response from Buybuck customer care number :+91-9219478888 After 25 days I did not receive the product, no body is responding NOR the money which was cleared through EBSCHARGE.COM has been credited back into my Credit Card account. Merchant Buybuk.com is fraudulent and not even responding with the status of the order NOR cancelling it. They did not deliver the products. I want to raise a complaint on this, I want to get back the money I have paid with interest to my Axis bank account immediately. I have already disputed the charges with the issuing bank : Axis Bank. I had ordered the mobile phone – “MicroMax A310 white gold” to present as a gift to my wife on her 31st birth day. This is an emotional, and metal setback. This has hurt the trust I had on the online commerce. I had called the customer care number but no one has responded yet – This has made me feel neglected.
