I ordered for a cafe moments card on my company website which sent me a 1000 Rs gift voucher from this company. In the mail containing the details on the card where it needs to be used but they have “not mentioned” about whether it can be used one time or multiple times in the mail. They are expecting the person will go and read the details some where in their website which no one will do ..
I feel they are exploiting the consumer. They should communicate to the consumer properly so that they no one further should go through the same. They should apologies to me and give my 700 Rupees.
