I ordered egg less cake for a birthday party at the above mentioned bakery. After about an hour, I received a call from the bakery saying they will not be able to get the design done since it was an egg less cake (which was specified by us) at the store. After 1-2 hours, we again went to the store just to see the options available. There was a change in the staff. The staff assisted us in knowing the available designs . finally, we selected 1 design and on top of that, we wanted a specific design to be laid, which would sit on the top of the cake (and this will not act like a sticker but like a roll).. The staff confirmed that, it. can be done but there will be an additional charge of rupees 180 on the total cake value I.e; Rupees 570/- per kg We ordered 4 KGS So, 570/- × 4 + 180/- Issues I faced were: 1) on top of the cake, a sticker was laid (and no roll; which was actually mutually agreed) 2) billed: 570/- × 3.9 (the weight came to around 3.9 kgs and not 4kgs) + 450/- (and not 180/-) + 40/- (towards a wooden plank, which is refundable on returning) Now the staff says; 1) he already mentioned me that the design which we wanted on the cake cannot be. done due to some limitation (which was not actually conveyed to us) 2) regrading the price 450/- ( and not 180/-)… He was not aware of the charges While the other staff says, they charge 180/- per kg towards design on the cake. If that is the case, it should be 180/- × 3.9 KGS , which should be about 700/- (and not 450/-) Since, I wanted to end the argument, I made the complete payment as per their call, and walked out of the store after screaming at the staff. This is nothing but cheating people.

Some action has to be taken such that it does not happen with any one else.. They are justkk cheating. FALSE PROMISES AND FALSE BILLING needs an end.
