I had subscribed to “jee karda” callertune yesterday i.e. 26th Feb, 2015 and Rs. 45 was deducted from my account. The service was not activated in 6 hours. Then I subscribed again for the same callertune in the evening. Again my balance was deducted but the service was not activated. I called the vodafone customer care executives so many times but they did not co-operate. I want a refund of my money deducted.
I demand refund of Rs 90 else I will file a case against Vodafone in the Consumer court of Law.
