I was working with quail technology since December 2014. I resigned on 3rd September 2014 due to some family problem. That time I am not able to serve my notice period as company said to me. Now company is denying to pay my salary of entire month and my full and final settlement. Please help me to get back my salary and experience certificate from company. I will be highly obliged.

I want to get back my full month salary of August 2014 and experience certificate from company. Please do one thing teeach a lesson to all these company so they can’t show this kind of behavior to anyone whoever is working with them.
