Hi,my name is shakti and I used their services on 14 Jan. 2013.I paid INR 67416/- Inclusive Service tax (12.36%) regarding the Canada Immigration under hospitality sector. But due to some reasons Canada Govt. stopped that process in April 2013. Now Ms. Ankita is saying that we are not supposed to pay you full amount because its our rule in contract that we pay back only 50% of the total amount. But my complaint is that when I never took their services and process was never started in that direction. So how could they can retain/keep my hard earned money with them, and i have visited their office 4-5 times regarding the same and everytime they give a regular answer that we are processing your cheque/money.I am totally frustrated and been mentally tortured by them.Please advice me on this issue and I really want to take legal action against them.Thank you very much.

I want my money back with INTERST till date since January 2013.
