This is to inform you that, I was having an IRDA License with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company when i used to work with ICICI Bank Ltd.I have resigned from ICICI Bank on Oct 2010 and my Licence also got expired
on 25-02-2014 however my name and my PAN No:ANBPB4400F still exist on IRDA portal mentioning ICICI Prudential as my Insurer for which i am unable appear for IRDA examination which is mandatory in my present company.
Request you to cancell my PAN details form IRDA website as soon as possible so that i can appear for the IRDA examination..My license details is given below.Requesting you to do the needful.
