I had paid the amount for my car insurance on 26th Dec and they said i will be getting my policy (online copy)within 2-3 working days and the original hard copy within 7 working days by Babulal Dongre, and till now i haven’t got my policy,i have been calling them everyday and i am getting a very hasty response everyday saying i will get it on the next day. Today when i raised my voice Pavan From the company said he has raised a refund request on my request and the amount paid by me in 20-30 days.

I want them to pay my money very soon with interest(National Bank Standards), only after that i will be going for the next Insurance, and any extra charges because the current policy is expired will have to paid by them.
