Hello Sir, I have purchased VW Vento vehicle in Jan2013. As per the Invoice which i received from your team mentions Insurance amount as 30,603. Though i received an insurance policy with premium of 18401/-, from VW which created a biggest surprise for me. I would like to understand the following aspects of Insurance : 1. If the insurance premium amount is 18,401 then why VW sales team mentions 30,603 as insurance amount. 2. Although it was given free after brief discussion and negotiation where you are including the benefits of 30,603 instead of 18401. This is against the ethical sales practice. regards, Manish

Relief : 1. Transparency by VW on the sales so that all customer should get aware of this. 2. refund of the difference amount. (not strongly)
