Mob – 9814222277 Subject : Delay in Repair of my Karbonn A21 Phone (IMEI No. 911240900018995 / 911240900019001) Sir/Madam, I am writing this just to register a complaint against Karbonn Mobile Service Center, for delay in repair of my faulty phone Karbonn A21. I submitted my faulty phone ( Under Warranty ), on 07/10/2014 at Gaurav Communication, SCO-1003, Sector-22B, Chandigarh. They promised me my phone will be delivered maximum of 30-45 days. But it has been more than 89days (on 06/01/2014) . I visited numerous times to Gaurav Communication, but they use to say please contact Delhi Service Centre (011-46604646/18001024660) many times after calling they only did false promises. Nobody is taking seriously and use to misguide me by saying your phone can not be repaired motherboard faulty, delaying and delaying every time. Gaurav Communications, now saying I withdraw the Service Enter from Karbonn Mobiles, I don’t know how will you get your phone back, contact Delhi service centre. I am here just want to say that I am a common man working schedule is like that I can’t take out that much time to run behind them every time.
