Carrier – compressior is not working poor response

Complaint No. 9194414. Since the date I bought this product, i have been facing problems. We have full record for all the complaints made till date & their delayed response. presently my compressor is not working & inspection by company technician has been done for the same. he said that i will receive a new compressor as its under warranty. But since long time i have not received the replacement. Whenever i call them they say that it will take 7 more days, and after 7 days same reply of 7 more days. i am very much fed up now.

I hope that with your support we can teach them a good lession that always respect customer & they should not misguide customers. Customers should be given service & they should not make us fool by just giving dates.
