Dear Sir,

Pl ref my order 10376657930. We have received 2 floor tiles in place of Lenovo Laptop. Surprisingly, those tiles are packed in Lenovo box. We expect immediate action on this. I have attached video & snaps for your reference.

Advised me to go through Snapdeal Website for Cancellation / Replacement. Tried that, but website is not accepting my request for cancellation/ replacement. I have the snaps & video of the box unpacking. should i upload the video on Social Media ?
