Cel cabs – Cannot provide service required timings

I booked a cab from Cel cabs on 23rd January 2015. The booking was for 24th January morning 8:30 AM from Sreekaryam to Kims Hospital. I got a confirmation message from the celcabs along with the pnr number . They said the driver will call me in the morning . I asked and assured about the confirmation of the booking few more times. In the morning 24th Jan I waited till 8:00 AM and I didn’t get any message or call regarding the driver. I called the customer care and they said there is a delay in the schedule as the Cab and driver are not ready. I was taking my Aunty for checkup who had an operation one week before and the appointment was at 9:00 AM . I called two three more times and they replied the same answer. At 9:00 AM I got a message in my mobile from Celcabs stating that they cannot service my immediate requirement. I booked the Cab one day before and they are stating that my requirement was immediate. The PNR number given by the cab is : 388410

I want to understand why my booking was confirmed when they don’t have cab available at that time. Why the call center take booking if they cannot provide cab on pax/customer required timings. I need a compensation of Rs.25000 from the Celcabs company.
