Dear Sir I had purchased a Celkon A105 mobile handset IMEI No.911328800039607on 25th July 2014 from M/s Satyanarayan A to Z Mobile,Nagayarh, Odisha. I was always facing different problems from time to time on that mobile. This time the mobile was come to a dead conduction. So.So I deposited the mobile for repairing under warranty with company Authorized Service Center(ASC) M/s Prayas Technologies, Bhubaneswar on 7th March 2015. From that day I am contiguously visiting the service center to get back my mobile after repair. Unfortunately I never get any positive answer from your service center. I am also contacted Celkon customer support center. But unfortunately I am not getting any positive answers from anybody regarding this matter. I would like to say that it has been already about three months. I am facing lot of problems without a phone. My mobile should be repaired and handed over to me or else can be replaced with a new piece with same configuration and value with extended warranty of the dead period.
