Applied for Loan against property amount of 85 lakhs and Actual amount of Rs 83 lakh. processing delayed due to non agreed for seller BT by bajaj, but EMI (3month) of 103000 taken from my bank and same has been return after the 4th month against the complaint without any interest. after 4th month they arranged personal loan 23Lakhs to settle the seller account, registered the property submitted the documents to bajaj, they delayed from their end to release the payment. same has been released on 26/12/2013 and first EMI taken on 5-01-2014. against my complaint they said the document submission delayed by me. please look in this matter

interest of the 309000/=, one month time to start 1st EMI or repay the interest part. more than this not allow any banks to take the EMI before release the payment and 1 month time required to start 1st EMI from the date of the release payment
