I have a home loan a/c taken for Rs.7.50 lakhs at Central Bank of India, Mookondapalli, Hosur, I have been paying the EMI’s regularly from past 2 years, however due to some constraints i have Rs.70,000 pending previously which is still outstanding. I also have another 2 yrs to complete the loan. Today when i went to ask for interest certificate for IT filing purposes in my office. I was denied the certificate by the Senior Manager Mr.A.Sunanda Rao showing the dues and insisting on a commitment letter to pay the due in another week. Please help me out in this.
