Based on the telephonic discussion with the representative of the Ceramic city Pvt. Ltd. I placed order for one no shower panel and a shower enclosure on 30th April 2014, and made payment of 3,352 & 20000 against the Preform Invoice on 7th & 10th May 2015 from ICICI bank A/c no 110001075058 and made the full payment 90,000/ via credit card no 4147464001343635 on 31st May and I got the delivery for shower panel and same has been fitted with in the delivery data however upon checking on the Shower enclosure found faulty and same has been refunded without even opening the packing, now dealer refuse to replace the same

I prefer if the owner can be punished so that they dont do this kind of cheating with the customer
