Hi, I’m the user of Mobile Number 9986071037. I’m using this since Dec 2005 – since then it was in the name of my friend ‘Krishnaraddi’. Now, I want to get it changed into my name. I’ve submitted all required documents to the Vodafone store (Sheshadripuram, near swastik circle, Bangalore) on 22nd of December & also paid 300 Rs as a deposit amt. Till today I don’t see any update, when I call up 198 they’re again suggesting me to visit to vodafone store. This is second time in a year that I’ve submitted all documents again. And I’m pissed of with these guys, following up – no one responds properly. Documents submitted to vodafone store: 1. Old user’s NOC & his ID Proof. 2. New user (mine) Address & ID proof along with 300 Rs as a deposit amt.

In a year this is the second time I’m paying same deposit of Rs 300/- and nothing comes up from Vodafone, that too after too many follow ups. And customer care gays (after calling 198) don’t respond properly.
