charging without consumer knowledge

I have recharged for 111 last month when I was on roaming at Kerala This was full talk time at Kerala where as this was vodafone live at Gujarat that I came to know later because the amount was not credited then I contacted their customer care from Bangalore that time they informed me that it is to be informed at Kerala ,when I gone to Kerala after one week I visited vodafone store at Palakkad they informed that within two days this has to be done and I will not get the money back and now when I recharged they automatically cut Rs111 from my account.when I asked on the same day they told me to send sms for deactivating and I send a sms and deactivated vodafone live because my hand set does not have GPRS facility and either I have not activated GPRS facility for my mobile now vodafone is telling that I will not get the money back .I have not used a single day the service still they have charged 222 from me.my mobile : 9727996243
