Hi, I had ordered a Bunch of 10 lavender orchids (ac809) and a Chocolate Fantasy 1 kg fresh Cream Cake (ch22) from Myflowergift.com and the order no was #100027971 (placed on August 7, 2015 8:27:39 PM IST). You did a good job of delivering it on time and thank you for thank you for that. However, instead of the above order for which you had taken special delivery charges as well, what was delivered is SHOCKING to me. You delivered a bunch of 12 roses (to be exact) and a normal cake of 1/2 kilo. I can send you the picture as well. I am in the process of registering a formal complaint with Consumer Forum.
