Dear Sir,

My son Ayon Chakraborty has, on 26th Sept.,2011 purchased one LED TV (27″ Model 27D5000) of Samsung company from M/S Khosla Electronics Pvt.Ltd. 37, Syed Amir Ali Avenue, Kolkata 700 019 (Beckbagan Branch) vide Bill No.BC/10863 Dated 26.09.2011. As per the dealer M/S Khosla Electronics the Samsung company has not sent any gift items with the TV set, hence the gift items will be delivered after two days only. I have several time visited the shop but of no result. They have the same thing to say that Samsung company has not sent any gift itesm , as they have advertised in several leading news papers. However, a complaint regarding this has been lodged to the customer support at Samsung. They received the complaint and issued a docketing No.8436031005. But , to my great dismay till now neither have my son received any gift items for my purchase nor any reply to my complaint lodged with Samsung’s customer support service.

I donot know , who is actually cheating , is it Samsung company who advertise false promises and then once the item has been sold they forget the liabilities to keep their promises made in their advertisement , or the dealer ( In this case the Khosla Electronics, Beckbagan Branch) who after receiving the gift items sell it to some customer to earn some profit. Whatever it is a deep malpractice is involved in it. Ofcourse, Sir, I am not dying for the free gift the comany will give my son, but feeling anxious to find out why these multinational comanies cheat the people like this. Even if the dealer is responsible in this matter they also require to brought to the book, as such atrocities can not be tolarated.

Hence, I will request your goodself to advice me how can I take appropriate action against the Samsung Company or the dealer for their cheating common people. To get a result I am ready to file case with consumer court if necessary.
