Dear Sir, I am totally Disgusted with the way Max Life has fooled me and fleeced my money. I would like to bring to your kind attention that there has been no communication from Max Life on my policy bond and the policy has expired. I would like to know how can you cancel my policy when there has been no communication sent to me. Policy Number : 831508957 | 831508809 I have been visiting my Bank (Yes Bank Jammu-Gandhi Nagar-Jammu) frequently from past several years and this entire matter was left with the Mangers at Yes Bank, as they were sure that this matter would be handled by them. The agents at the Bank who forced me into investing in the Policy 3 years back, left Yes Bank and joined some other Banks and the new Agents/Managers now have no clue of how to handle this complaint and have only suggested that this matter be taken to IRDA. I feel like, as if I have been robbed off my life’s savings by my Bank and the Insurance Company jointly, as none of them is helping me out other than making me visit their branches and showing me their helplessness in this matter. I have been harassed by the staff and the management to such an extent that I am having serious health issues because of the stress induced by this matter, without any fault of mine. I would humbly request that please stop this harassment of mine and refund my money back along with the interest from day one, as I do not have any more energy to battle with either my Bank or the Insurance Company who have jointly fooled me and robbed me off my life’s savings.
