Hi,
I had a policy: 03883544 and was duped into signing a new policy promising to return my entire amount and was shocked to receive a new policy 13416953 where half of my amount was transferred to new policy the life assured was changed.
The whole operation was a FIASCO and i am livid with the way the personnel involved have conducted -Bundle of lies were told.
Inspite of repeated calls and complaints to your own customer service cell till this minute no action has been taken.
I am preparing to take a legal recourse and also write to ombudsman.
