I purchase a Ulip Plan Rs. 60000/- cash for single investment by Mr. Rajesh Sharma(Agent) Jhansi (U.P.) 284002 dated 21/11/2008 on address of Mr. Arpit Agarwal 169 Basudeo Jhansi (U.P.) 284002. then after sometime I requested to Mr. Rajesh Sharma that I have changed my residence from 169 Basudeo Jhansi (U.P.) 284002 to 481 Infront of Radhika Mandpam C.P. Mission Gwalior Road Jhansi (U.P.) and I have given him the address proof dated on 15/11/2009 to change my address on my policy bond and he bring my old policy bond with him and said to me that I will recieve my bond with new address within 4-5 days. but when I got my policy bond dated on 29/11/2009. In the policy bond I seen that the policy number & old address was same but the issuance of policy date was differ from 21/11/2008 to 24/12/2009. the deference between this is more than 1 year. When I purchased this Ulip Plan at the NAV of dated on 21/11/2008 at 9.99 but at that time I got my bond the NAV was dated on 24/12/2009 at 14.04. In this regard after one year my Rs. 60000/-will become Rs. 82212/-. The policy was issued on 24/12/2009 at NAV of 14.04 instead of 21/11/2008 at NAV of 9.99. I said to Mr. Rajesh Sharma that there is mistake on my policy bond the issuance date is differ from 21/11/2008 to 24/11/2009 kindly check it. He bring the bond along with him and said the he will solve this mistake. but after 10-15 days Mr. Rajesh Sharma did not respond me. when I called him again & again he came to back to me with my bond and said to me that there is one Marketing Executive Mr. Arun Kumar Pathak, he will solve this problem soon. One day Mr. Arun Kumar Pathak & Mr. Rajesh Sharma came to my home and discussed about my policy. Mr. Arun Kumar Pathak said to me this is from our ends and I & Mr. Rajesh Sharma will give you the rest money according to the interest of saving bank account might be at 3 to 3.5 %. But my loss of in this policy is near arround Rs. 22000/-.

Now sir you told me this is mistake or blunder cheating. I request you that take regress step against to Mr. Rajesh Sharma & Mr. Arun kumar Pathak.

I beleived on Sahara from a long time but from this type of mistakes commit by some agents or employees. the reputation of the company will be going down so request you to terminate these type of employees immediately.
