Ref:- 1.car registration no JH10U6019 2. Oriental insurance policy no. 332701/31/2013/5531 I Shashi kant would like to say you that I have a car of model Chevrolet Aveo UVA. It was accident badly in Koderma at 11/04/2014 while I drove near Koderma Thermal Power Plant. After that I intimate to car garrage Power motor ,Bokaro steel city and oriental insurance company. According to there instructions I reached my car to power motor garrage by help of other vehicle. But behaviour of power motor manager Mr. Pranav Prakash is very uncooperative and they demand Rs. 20000.00 first before touch up my car. While there is no such rules was informed to me prior. I request to manager that as per rule first you start to work then I give you money. But he deny to work. And also refuse to work unless I submit the amount Rs. 20000.00. Now my car is kept as it is in garrage and I feel helpless. Therefore I requested to you please help me regarding the above maters. Thanking you Shashi Kant Mob.
