Dear Sir/M’am, This emailis in reference to extended warranty of my Chevrolet Beat. To introduce myself, I am Mr.Prashant Dixit from Lucknow and I am the owner of Chevrolet Beat. I was told by the company people that the warranty on my car can be extended till the last day of basic warranty. However when I went to extend my warranty on 20 September, 2014, it was denied by the company people that the policy is changed from September 2014. According to the new policy passed by the company the warranty needs to be extended two months in advance, however I dont have two months before the expiry of my car’s warranty, and was not informed in any form by the company people two months prior about the change of the policy.
