I had availed the personal loan on Sep 2006 for an amount of Rs28421 vide Loan No : S000075025 and agreed to pay an EMI of Rs 1800 per month for 30 months.Pls refer to the statement attached towards my EMI payment .Total amount paid by me was Rs 56810.Even I paid an additional amount of Rs 2810 on the loan.However they updated in CIBIL as “written off” posting my loan outstanding as zero.I urged the respective team to kindly look into the matter and do the needful,However the response is non responsive and more over they were hesitating to share the escalation matrix.

Due to the above,It is difficult for me to raise housing loan from other financial institutions resulted in raise of the prices for houses for buying now.
