I made a booking on 3rd July 2013 for Club Mahindra, Kodugu Valley Coorg for 3 nights (10 to 13 Aug) with cleartrip and made the full payment. I received the confirmation on eamil for the same. Now after 26 days, on 29th July, I received the call from Cleartrip saying the hotel is sold out. This is pure cheating when I already paid in full long ago and have the confirmation.

Apart from all the comparable or better hotels available at similar or slightly higher rates.. now they cost abt 3/4 times.. They are not even willing to give me booking to comparable hotels, what they are offering is just a cheap (and for them profit making) alternative. Even more than that, I booked in advance because I can not handle the pressure of last minute booking and all becuase it gives me migrane attacks when I get tension like this. I am feeling extreme pressure about this trip when only 9 days are left to trip and all this happend. I also had called them (on the recorded line) so many times in last 2 days to discuss and resolve but they do not have any solution.

I need accommodation what I was promised for or other ones of my choice now. I do not even have more time to wait becuase my travel bookings are already made.
