Cleartrip.Com Non Refund of Booking Amount – No Customer Service

My name is Ankit from New Delhi. I had done online hotel booking through cleartrip.com on 14th December 2013. I was going to Srinagar on 31st of December and done the hotel booking 31dec2013 – 3jan2014 with 2 hotels.
31st dec 2013 – 2jan 2014 ( Cleartrip booking ID- 1312147588) – Rs 15,376.00
2nd jan 2014 – 3 jan 2014 (Cleartrip booking ID- 131215 1880) – Rs 4,600.00
Total – Rs 19,976.00
Unfortunately flight has been cancelled due to heavy snowfall in Srinagar and I talked to the airline for the next day flight and they told me that we have no seats available for next 2 days.
I managed everything and got my full amount back from the airline in 1 day for airtickets for roundtrip.
Now, the problem is I have booked hotels in Srinagar but flight had cancelled and I had already paid through online, so I spoke to customer service of cleartrip.com and they said to me that “Sorry sir, the amount in non-refundable”.

I tried to make them understand that it was not my fault that flight has been cancelled or it’s not my wish that I’m making cancellation from my side. The problem arose because flight cancelled due to bad weather condition but cleartrip customer service agent told me that, we don’t have any amendment for your money back and this booking is non-refundable. I tried my 100% to make them understand that because of flight cancellation I can’t travel and I have hotel booked and there should be some rules in case of flight cancellation term for refundable policy.
At last , finally they asked me to wait for four hours and said we will arrange a call back for you in next four hours. The days gone and I haven’t received a single call or message or email from cleartrip.com till now.
What should I do now. We don’t have strong law or rules for this kind of cheating. I’m not a millionaire. I earned very hard and these people never try to understand.
