clik2pick.com – Non delivery of product ordered online and no refund even after lapse of 3 months

Summary: I had order Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P5100 on July 19th. Till today (Oct 12, 2013) neither I have received my ordered product or have got the refund of Rs 25,549/- Detailed story of the issue/complaint: My wife had placed an order for Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P5100 on Clik2pick.com on July 19, 2013 (The order id # 1428). And over the course of time till date, I neither have received the product nor the refund of the amount of Rs 25,549 which was paid via clik2pick.com’s online payment channel/partner. The history of the problem goes this way – Though the receipt of the payment by Clik2pick was made on same date of order, they took almost 1 week to initiate shipping of the product to my mentioned shipping address in Bangalore. From this point onwards did the actual saga begin – The customer grievance addressal manager of this firm kept on telling me that they have processed the order and that the product has been shipped via their courier agency (Quantium Solutions). Over next few days he kept on telling me that my order is being honoured. And to add, he also informed me that the product has reached Bangalore and should be delivered in next couple of days. This story of them “delivering the product in next couple of days” eventually exhausted week 2 from date of order and still I hadn’t received the product. During the start of the 3rd week from the date of order, this manager informed me that there was issue with the courier agency due to which the West Bengal’s Sales Tax office had withheld the entire consignment within which my ordered product was also packed. Resolving this issue did take another week and then I was informed that the product was now shipped via a different courier agency. I was then told by this manager that there was issue with the shipment and this time the agency had not shipped it because of some payment issues between clik2pick and this agency. I don’t know what happened here but this whole lag exhausted another week – 5th week. During which I was told the product had reached Bangalore and shall be delivered in next couple of days. On all above noted instances, even after my persistent efforts to get the airway bill number or courier docket number went unheeded. Finally, notwithstanding the delay and related issues, on Aug 22nd I asked this manager to cancel the order and initiate refund. He accepted my request and eventually placed this transaction reversal request with the bank/merchant on Aug 27th. However they lied here. On Sept 23rd they wrote telling that transaction reversal could not happen and hence they have deposited a cheque (They have provided complete cheque details). But, today I am at Oct 12, 2013 and I haven’t received the payment. Please advice on action that I can take to get back Rs 25,549/-

I would like to receive my Rs 25,549/- back from Clik2Pick.com
