I am 13 weeks pregnant; I was consulting in Cloudnine Hospital OAR Branch with Dr. Praveena Shenoi who is a Gynecologist. As my Hb came low in Complete Blood Count test Dr. Praveena asked me to get a test called Hb Electrophoresis from Cloudnine to determine if I have Thelesemia trait. In case Mother has Thelesemia Trait and Husband also has Thelesemia trait there is 25% chances of the baby having Thelesemia major which life is threatening. Therefore the test of Hb Electrophoresis is considered to be most important test in case a pregnant lady is having low Hb. On 7th of Jan I gave my sample in sample collection Room of Cloudnine OAR branch and after few days when I went to collect the report I was shocked to see their LAB standard which was in pathetic state and the employees also had no hygiene, I was shocked to see one of Bangalore’s best Hospital in such a state, Finally when I got the report it was mentioned as “NORMAL BLOOD PICTURE” which means my wife was free from Thelesemia Trait, but as the Lab standard was not up to our expectation and I cannot risk such an important test I decided to take one more tests from Anand Lab which is recognized as one of the best in Bangalore, in Anand Lab report the result came as Positive for Thelesamia trait, I was in a state of shock. Had I believed Cloud9 report what would have happened?? This is case of grouse medical negligence, such a reputed hospital indulging in looting the patients and playing with their lives. I also dropped a mail to MD of Cloudnine on 17th of Jan asked him to justify such a medical negligence but in reply he did not show any sympathy or apology but instead he treated the case as False allegation. I am doing repeated request over the mail but not able to get any response, I am called up for a meeting but they are just asking me not to go for legal action and telling me that No one can do anything to them as they are bigger than the system. I am also getting Fake calls from senior associates of Cloudnine and they are harassing me with fake names, I have the call recording available as a proof. Attaching both reports as evidence

1. Apology from MD of Cloudnine 2. Corrective measures for not repeating such acts in future 3. Compensation of Rs 2 lac for all the mental agony
