Hi I have not used any of your vacation packages till yet. I would like to get a refund of the initial amount (1.25 lakhs) that I have paid. The collection agent who promised me a waiver of annual fees ( which was not told initially by the sales guys of Club Mahindra) by the same collection agent was not done and instead I received a mail regarding payment of services that I did not avail. So I would like to cancel the membership and get a refund of the same money. The same was told to the representative of the company who called me 2 months back and he said he will help but no initiative was taken from the company till now.

I need cancellation of the membership with the refund of money as I have not availed any vacations from the plan that I have taken.
